When we received our order, the box was heavily damaged and so the frame was damaged as well. Also it was the wrong color. Chris responded very quickly and resolved our issue and resent our item. Package arrived in better shape with the frame color we had ordered. We are very pleased with the end results and are enjoying our moss art.

Wonderful product! Just as described and great craftsmanship - just gorgeous. I ordered the 40”x16” to go above a bedside table. The vibrant moss and flowers really pop in the brown frame. From Poland to the U.S. so with U.S. Customs and the Department of Fish and Wildlife in the mix, the order arrived 9 days later than expected. But Chris was responsive the whole way through. Highly recommend!
